Abstract

The field of Information technology has improved tremendously in the past decade with the invention of all kinds of new technologies for example e-commerce, e-learning and online registration to mention just a few. The proposed model is to implement online project topic registration system for the department of performing arts, Olabisi Onabanjo University OOU with the overall view of improving efficiency in the registration process. The need to speed up the process of project topic registration at institutions of higher learning is more vital and need is there to automate the process itself and move away from manually visiting the school for the process. This has wasted much time for students and money as they sometimes travel only to register and some have failed to meet the stipulated time frames
