Abstract

Site meetings provide an avenue to identify and address the issues of delay in construction projects promptly. Therefore, an important factor in time performance inefficiencies in construction projects may be the absence of standard project meeting protocols and guidelines. The lack of standardized norms and guidelines for project meetings can lead to inefficiencies and delays in construction projects, even though good project management is crucial for successful construction projects. In view of this problem, this study assessed the impact of project meeting and guidelines on the time performance of construction projects in Abuja with a view to improving the performance of construction projects.
