I MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES OF PRINCIPALS IN RESOLVING STUDENTS CONFLICTS IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN YOLA NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA

This study investigated the management strategies employed by principals in resolving student conflicts in secondary schools in Yola North Local Government Area. A total of 72 questionnaires were administered to principals, teachers, and students in 10 selected secondary schools in the area. The results showed that principals in the area primarily use mediation, counseling, and punishment to resolve student conflicts.
