Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study examines the knowledge, attitude and practices of menstrual hygiene among 150 adolescents in community secondary schools of Jere local government area, Borno state. Using structure questionnaires, the research highlights moderate knowledge levels, negative cultural attitudes, and inadequate hygiene practices due to limited access to sanitary products and facilities.
The findings emphasize the need for targeted menstrual health education and improved resources to address these challenges and promote better practices among adolescents.
