Government should develop campaigns to promote the acceptance of breastfeeding in public, aiming to reduce discomfort and social stigma associated with this natural practice. Government should expand nutritional education programs to further enhance the understanding of a balanced diet, including the importance of portion control and the role of nutritional supplements. Government should increase awareness about the benefits and practicality of using breast pumps, providing information and resources to support mothers in expressing breast milk when needed.
