Abstract

This study investigated the effects of NPK fertilizer, cow dung, and chicken manure on the growth of Moringa oleifera, maize, and groundnut. The experiment was laid out using a randomized complete block design with three replicates. Growth parameters such as plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, root and shoot weight, and germination percentage were measured. Results indicated that NPK fertilizer produced the highest growth and yield performance across all crops, followed by chicken manure and cow dung. The study concludes that while NPK fertilizer is most effective, organic fertilizers provide sustainable alternatives for crop production.
