Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is geared towards examining the impact of industrial safety on employees’ performance. The objectives include examining the significance of good health and safety measures on employees’ performance. The sample was drawn from a population size of 96. Data and information were collected using questionnaire, interview and articles from the internet and were analyzed using simple percentage method and chi-square statistics. The findings showed that good health and safety measures have significant impact on employees’ performance. The researcher recommended that regular medical check-ups should be carried out so as to determine workers state of health.
