E CLEARANCE ANDRIOD BASE APPLICATION FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS (A CASE STUDY OF KANO STATE POLYTECHNIC S.O.T)
Abstract
The computer science lab of Kano State Polytechnic, Computer Science Department is currently being run manually whereas, being a Department that is technologically driven. Its operation should be, synchronized autonomously with other E-clearance on Android. There is therefore the need to upgrade the lab from its manual report lab system so as to keep track of Data: implementing measures to prevent data loss whether accidental, or intentional; ensuring regular backups, computer usage; managing resources. The aim of this research is to automate the practical report system Computer Science Department.
This new system will allow both the students and administrator to a more efficient, flexible, and accurate user friendly interface through which student’s practical work, files etc can be shared, transferred, saved and monitored using wireless architecture. With the introduction of this proposed system, automation of folder on the server: Establish communication between server and the client: to printout final report at the end of the semester is made simple and promptly. The system is designed to use an automated system. The aim goal of this research is to implement a E-clearance Android Based Application for Graduating Students od Computer Science Department and other computer lab related activities.
