ABSTRACT
This study examines the availability and utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) by college librarians, with specific focus on the Federal College of Education, Kano. The study aims to assess the extent to which ICT facilities are available in the college library and how effectively they are utilized to enhance library services.
