Abstract

This study focuses on designing and implementing a comprehensive system for analyzing the impact of computer technology on employment across various sectors. The research examines how technological advancements transform workforce dynamics through job creation, displacement, and skill requirement shifts. The system utilizes web technologies including PHP, HTML, Bootstrap, and jQuery to develop an analytical platform that tracks employment metrics before and after technology implementation, monitors new role creation, assesses staff training effectiveness, and measures technology adoption rates. The methodology incorporates both primary and secondary data collection, enabling multi-dimensional analysis of technology's employment impact. Findings reveal significant workforce transformation patterns, particularly in the health and information technology sectors, where computer technologies simultaneously eliminate traditional roles while creating new specialized positions. The developed system offers stakeholders a tool for data-driven decision making through interactive visualizations, sector-specific reports, and comparative analytics. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on technology-driven labor market evolution and provides practical solutions for organizations navigating workforce transition in the digital age. The study concludes that while technological advancement inevitably disrupts employment patterns, proactive monitoring and strategic workforce development initiatives can effectively mitigate negative impacts while maximizing opportunities presented by digital transformation.
