Abstract

The Android-Based Multicultural Event Management System is a mobile application designed to simplify the planning, organization, and management of multicultural events. In today’s diverse societies, organizing events that involve different cultures, languages, and traditions requires effective coordination and communication. This system provides a centralized digital platform where event organizers can create and manage events, and participants can browse, register, and receive real-time updates. The application is developed using Android Studio with Kotlin/Java and integrates Firebase for authentication, database management, and push notifications. Key features include multilingual support, event scheduling, online registration, QR-based entry management, notifications, and feedback collection. The system also allows categorization of events based on cultural themes and provides role-based access for administrators, organizers, and participants.
