REHABILITATION OF DUAL POWER AIRLINE SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR AUTOMOTIVE WORKSHOP
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Pneumatic systems are commonly used in automotive workshop operation. It is the application of
compressed air (pressurized air) to power, control or regulate machine. Compressed air is well
known as an energy source and an active air which is often used to power pneumatic machinery
such as tire infiltrator, wheel spanner, drills, hammer, wrenches, and grinders. This report
highlights details and method carried out for the Rehabilitation of Dual Power Air Line Supply
System for Automotive Workshop. The reconstruction of the system entailed the replacement of
the damage diesel engine with two prime movers (i.e. 3-phase motor engine and petrol engine).
The purpose of using two prime movers is due to epileptic electricity power supply to the
system. The Air Line Supply System for Automotive Workshop operations can be carried out
effectively and adequately without any hindrance and failure in reaching target production.
Rehabilitation of Dual Power Air Line Supply system in a workshop involved upgrading,
repairing, or replacing components of the compressed air system to restore its efficiency, safety,
and reliability
