AUTOMATION OF DATA ANLAYSIS USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Abstract
The rapid growth of data across various sectors has created the need for faster, more accurate, and efficient methods of data analysis. Traditional manual data analysis techniques are often time-consuming, prone to human error, and limited in handling large-scale datasets. This study examines the automation of data analysis using Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on how intelligent systems can enhance data processing, pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and decision-making processes. The research adopted a descriptive research design combined with a system development approach to explore AI tools and frameworks used in automated data analysis. Data were collected from both primary and secondary sources, including structured questionnaires administered to data professionals and relevant scholarly materials published between 2020 and 2025. The findings revealed that AI-powered tools significantly improve the speed, accuracy, and reliability of data analysis tasks. Techniques such as machine learning algorithms, automated data cleaning, predictive analytics, and intelligent visualization systems were identified as key components of automated analysis systems. The study further established that automation reduces operational costs, minimizes human bias, enhances scalability, and supports real-time analytics. However, challenges such as high implementation costs, technical skill requirements, data privacy concerns, and algorithmic bias remain significant barriers to full adoption. In conclusion, the automation of data analysis using Artificial Intelligence represents a transformative advancement in modern information systems. Organizations that adopt AI-driven automation systems are better positioned to make data-driven decisions, improve efficiency, and gain competitive advantage. The study recommends increased investment in AI infrastructure, staff training, and strong data governance policies to maximize the benefits of automated data analysis systems.
