Abstract

The English to Hausa Language Translator System aims to bridge communication gaps by providing accurate translations between English, a Germanic language, and Hausa, an Afroasiatic language. Leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, the system generates contextually accurate translations beyond word-for-word conversion. A translation engine, trained on a diverse dataset of English and Hausa texts, improves accuracy by recognizing patterns. The system addresses challenges posed by Hausa's tonal nature, regional dialects, and linguistic complexity to ensure inclusivity and usability. This project advances AI-driven language technologies for African languages, contributing to education, business, social interactions, and the preservation of African languages in the digital age.
