The hypotheses formulated were tested using Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Results from the study showed there is a statistically significant relationship between the selected variables and employee performance in First Bank PLc. Uyo. Findings of the study revealed the variables feedback(R2=0.293;Beta 0.466),reward(R2=0.315;Beta=0.465)and training(R 2 =0.243Beta= 0.443) have a weak, moderate and weak influence respectively. In view of the findings, the study recommended that managers implement honest, straight forward one-on-one feedback sessions to tell employees exactly what they have to do to improve the quality and quantity of work done and where they stand in the organization.
