Abstract

ABSTRACT The paper describes the design and implementation of an integrated health monitoring system for the purpose of overcoming major challenges in personal and clinical health management. The demand for efficient healthcare solutions motivates the integration of advanced technologies like sensors and IoT for real-time monitoring of vital health parameters such as heart rate, body temperature, and blood pressure. A microcontroller fetches readings from these sensors with ensured accuracy of intake and transmission. Post this, data gets transmitted to the cloud platform for secure storage and further analysis. This cloud infrastructure provides for not only remote access to health data but also advanced analytics to go deep into patient health trends over time. The key objectives of the project are to design a low-cost, scalable, and efficient system for timely health insights, proactive health management, and improved patient outcomes. It will contribute to an overall quality of care by enabling continuous monitoring and remote access to health metrics, reducing response times in life-critical situations, and empowering individuals to take responsibility for their health. Further, the paper tends to explore how user-friendly interfaces make it accessible to healthcare professionals and patients. IoT technologies are designed to be scalable and adaptable for various use cases-from health monitoring in individual settings to those of a hospital-grade application. This research finally contributes to extending health monitoring solutions and embedding a robust, data-driven approach in order to solve the modern healthcare challenges and open the way to new frontiers toward improved healthcare delivery and patient well-being
