After 14 days of oral administration of the extract, the rats were smirked and blood collected. The liver function parameters were then examined. In acute toxicity study. no signs of toxicity or death were recorded. All animals were allowed to feed and water ad libitum. After 14 days of oral administration of the extract, the animals were sacrificed and blood collected. In acute toxicity study, no signs of toxicity or death were recorded.
