STUDENTS ACADEMIC RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Abstract
The complexity of academic management in educational institutions presents significant challenges, including inefficient distribution of resources, inadequate student support, and poor communication channels. To address these issues, the Students Academic Resource Management Systems has been developed as a comprehensive, web-based platform designed to streamline academic processes and enhance the educational experience. The system integrates multiple functionalities, including a centralized resource repository for easy access to course materials, an interactive examination interface for efficient assessment, and an AI-powered chatbot for real-time academic support. The system also features a dynamic academic interactive forum and an up-to-date events calendar. By incorporating feedback from students and faculty through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, and aligning with the curriculum of the Nigerian Board of Technical Education (NBTE), the system ensures relevance and effectiveness. The system offers a robust and scalable solution that automates administrative tasks, enhances student engagement, and fosters a collaborative academic community. Ultimately, the system addresses the inefficiencies in academic management, providing a streamlined, user-friendly platform that improves overall educational outcomes.
