Abstract

This study presents the design and development of an interactive platform for communication and supervision in Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme programs. The aim is to address challenges such as poor communication, inadequate supervision, and lack of real-time monitoring of students during industrial training. The system was developed using modern web technologies and incorporates features such as messaging, progress tracking, supervisor feedback, and report submission. A structured system development methodology was adopted, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The developed platform improved communication between students, supervisors, and institutions, enhancing efficiency and accountability. The study concludes that the system provides an effective solution for managing student industrial work experience.
