Abstract

The study concludes that Information and Communication Technology is an indispensable and powerful tool for advancing service delivery in Nigeria. Its integration has demonstrably led to faster, more accessible, and more accountable services. However, the transformative potential of ICT is currently underutilized due to a combination of infrastructural deficits, human capacity gaps, and financial constraints. For Nigeria to fully harness the dividends of its digital investments, a holistic and concerted effort aimed at addressing these foundational barriers is not just recommended, but essential.
