Abstract

The Student Complaint Management System (SCMS) is designed to streamline the process of lodging, tracking, and resolving student complaints within an academic institution. Traditional methods, such as paper-based records and suggestion boxes, often lead to inefficiencies, delays, and a lack of accountability. This project employs modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, to provide a secure, transparent, and user-friendly complaint management system. Key features include user authentication, complaint submission, real-time tracking, automated notifications, and an administrative dashboard. Through rigorous unit, integration, and system testing, the SCMS was validated to ensure reliability, security, and performance. The results indicate that the system significantly enhances communication and complaint resolution efficiency.
