Abstract

This project focuses on the design and implementation of a centralized insurance data system for an auto insurance company. Traditional insurance systems often rely on fragmented and decentralized data storage, which leads to inefficiencies, data redundancy, and delays in processing claims and policies. The proposed system integrates all insurance operations into a unified platform that allows real-time access to customer records, policy details, and claims information. The system was developed using modern software engineering principles and database management techniques to ensure data integrity, security, and scalability. It enables efficient policy management, quick claims processing, and improved customer service delivery. The implementation demonstrates that a centralized system significantly enhances operational efficiency and reduces administrative overhead.
