Hypotheses were tested using Regression analysis and Pearsson Correlation Coefficient to analyse the data collected and Ordinary least square regression analysis was used to relate the contributions of the predictors at 0.05 significance level. The result shows that the coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0.873, which implies that there is significant relationship between supervisor and co-worker relationship and team orientation in the organisation(r = .873).
