Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research work deals with investigating the determining factors for local canteen in Nigeria . The research work is divided into five chapters followed by the questionnaire used and reference. The first chapter covers the introduction, background of the study, statement of the problem, research question and purpose of the study, significance of the study, limitation of the study, historical background and definition of terms. The chapter two deals with literature review while chapter three covers the research methodology, research design, population and sample of the study, method of data collection, secondary sources, design of data collection, data collection instrument, administration of the instrument and method of data analysis. Furthermore, chapter four deals with data presentation and analysis of bio data of respondents, education qualification, age, marital status, gender and profession of the respondents. It also deals with summary of findings and lastly chapter five also deals with discussion and summary, recommendation and conclusion.
