ROLE OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IN CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN IFELODUN LOCAL GOVERNMENT, IKIRUN

Every aspect of management needs good communication. It is particularly vital in every direction communication can be regarded as the foundation upon which organization and administration is built. This project attempt to give practical knowledge of the role of communication in conflict resolution in an organization in ososgbo. The research work will be carried out to know the objective of the study, statement of the problem, significant of the study and scope as well as the limitation background or brief history of the organization. Subsequently, chapter two will review the relevant literature on communication in business organization. The chapter helps to know what exactly communication entails, its purpose, types and common problems associated with organization, which can lead to conflict in an organization. More so, concepts of conflict were analyzed. Chapter three discusses the research methodology with reference to the operational strategies and method adopted in carried out the research work. The basic methods of data collection, the determination of population and sample size. The analysis and interpretation of data collection are explained in chapter four. The research hypothesis is also tested to show all the mathematical working that has been gathered. The work concludes the research work so far based on the data collected and analysis.
