DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPUTERIZED SECURED AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION SYSTEM BASED ON SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE (SMS)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This project focuses on the development of a computerized secured automatic notification system based on Short Message Service (SMS). The system is designed to improve the way organizations send important information to users by automating the notification process through SMS technology. Unlike the traditional manual method, the proposed system enables quick, reliable, and efficient delivery of messages such as alerts, reminders, and announcements directly to users’ mobile phones.
The system incorporates a secure database for storing user information and message records, while an automated module processes and sends notifications through an SMS gateway. This helps to reduce human errors, improve communication speed, and ensure that users receive timely updates regardless of their location. The system can be applied in sectors such as education, healthcare, banking, and business organizations where effective communication is essential.
In summary, the computerized secured automatic SMS notification system enhances communication efficiency, improves information management, and ensures secure and timely message delivery.
