Abstract

ABSTRACT The Task Management System is designed to improve productivity by providing an efficient platform for organizing, tracking, and managing tasks. This study analyzes the limitations of manual task management methods, such as inefficiency, lack of automation, and difficulty in monitoring task progress. To address these challenges, the proposed system incorporates key features like user authentication, task creation, assignment, prioritization, real-time notifications, deadline tracking, and collaboration tools. The Agile Development Methodology is adopted to ensure an iterative and flexible approach, allowing for continuous feedback and system enhancements. The system is designed with a user-friendly interface, making it accessible across various devices, including desktops and mobile platforms. Security measures, including role-based access control and data encryption, ensure the protection of user data. Additionally, the database design efficiently manages task-related information, improving organization and retrieval processes. By automating task tracking and enhancing communication among users, the proposed Task Management System offers a reliable, scalable, and effective solution for individuals and teams to manage their tasks efficiently.
