Abstract

This study quantitatively evaluates the essential mineral composition of *Telfairia occidentalis* seeds. Standard analytical methods were used to determine the concentrations of key minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium, iron, zinc, and phosphorus. The results indicate that the seeds are a rich source of essential nutrients, with potassium and magnesium present in relatively high amounts. The findings suggest that *Telfairia occidentalis* seeds have significant nutritional value and could contribute to dietary mineral requirements and food security when included in human diets.
