Abstract

This project focuses on the design and implementation of a live chart board for an exam office to improve the visualization and management of students’ academic records. Traditional methods of handling examination data are often manual, time-consuming, and prone to errors. The proposed system utilizes modern web technologies to provide real-time updates and graphical representations of students’ performance data. The system was developed using a client-server architecture with a database backend for data storage. Results show that the live chart board improves efficiency, reduces errors, and enhances decision-making processes within the exam office. The study concludes that adopting digital dashboard systems can significantly improve academic administration.
