It examined areas with low and high professional standards using questionnaires and interviews. Findings revealed that ethics and codes of conduct have low standards while roles and responsibilities maintain high standards. The study concludes that professional standards depend on individual practices and recommends stronger enforcement by professional bodies and improved training for practitioners.
