٣٢٧٧٨ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد في الرجل يوصي بالوصية فيموت الموصى له قبل الذي أوصى قال: تبطل، (وإن) (١) مات الذي أوصى ثم الذي أوصي له، كان لورثته.
