Abstract

This study focused on the design and implementation of a computerized product distribution monitoring system aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in managing product distribution processes. The need for this system arose from challenges faced by traditional manual systems, including delays, data inaccuracies, and lack of accountability. The developed system incorporates functionalities such as product inventory tracking, real-time distribution updates, and comprehensive reporting. Through its user-friendly interface and integration with a secure database, the system allows stakeholders to monitor product flow from origin to destination seamlessly. The implementation of this system demonstrated a marked reduction in errors and enhanced coordination between different units involved in product distribution.
