information on CSA practices mainly from their fellow farmers with a mean of 1.67. The study
also revealed a significant relationship between challenges faced in using CSA practices,
factors influencing choice of CSA practices and the extent of utilization of CSA practices.
The study concluded that the usage of CSA practices either traditionally or in an advance
manner is what will reduce the effect of climate change on production of plantain and other
Agricultural produces. The study recommended that policy be put in place to help confront the
constraints being faced by the farmers from adopting CSA practices in the study area
