Regression analysis was used to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The result of the hypotheses shows that the relationship between dividend yield and dividend per share and agricultural value added the study established an average positive correlation. This implied that when dividend yield and dividend per share increases, market prices also increases. At 5%, dividend pay-out ratio and firm size have positive correlation with market value but statistically insignificant. Base on finding the study conclude that dividend per share and dividend yield have a significant effect on the market value of the agricultural firms under investigation while dividend pay-out ratio and firm size have no significant effect on market value of the selected listed agricultural firms in Nigeria.
