Everything we come across nowadays is digitalized, for example, massaging services for advertisements and notices. Display boards are the first things that are needed in any educational institution or organization. Similarly, the display boards are used in bus stations, railway stations, parks, and shopping malls for displaying information related to platforms, advertisements of different products, or important information. Everyone has gotten accustomed to the concept of the world being in our hands. The old wired display boards work on counters. Changing of massage can be renewed by editing the microcontroller program code again and again. The project is build around atmega32 microcontroller and LEDs connected in matrix array.The microcontroller is the main memory of the circuit design which is been programmed in c language using compiler and programmer as the burner. The massage can be edited using the compiler (avr studio) or other related compilers. Moving display have special feature over static display in terms of moving the characters to be display and other related symbols. This moving message makes used of GSM module and/ or keyboard to inputs and edit the scrolling massages, this moving message display is also capable of scrolling of the massage and reprogramming of the microcontroller for character editing.
