Abstract

Physical Education (PE) is a vital part of the school curriculum that contributes significantly to the physical, mental, and social development of students. It involves the development of motor skills, knowledge about healthy living, and positive attitudes toward physical activity (Bailey et al., 2009). In Nigeria, Physical Education is expected to play an essential role in promoting the physical well-being and holistic development of learners (Ajayi, 2017).
