Abstract

This project work examined the effect of employee's appraisal on organisation productivity using Beta Glass,Ughelll Delta State.The objective of the stady was to examine the effects of empioyee 's appraisal on organization productivity,The descriptive survey method was considered appropriate for this study The population of the srudy is two hundred and wenty-four (224).Questionnaire of 200 was distributed to respondent to elicit information required for the research Data was collected from both primary and secondary sources.The primary source of data entailed the use of questionnaire.Information from secondary source was collected from library,internet relevant textbooks,seminar papers journals etc Data presented were tabulated and lhvpothesis was tested with the chi-sauare test.Findings from the study showed that there is significant relationship between employee's appraisal and organization productivity.It is therefore recommended that feedback should be done periodically (annually or half yearly )so that the appraises may know whether they are meeting the management expectations or organization goals.Ti should be given promptly whether resuls are positive or negative and appraises rewarded or trained.
