Abstract
This project investigates consumer preferences for locally produced garri, a staple food derived from cassava, within the Ogbomosho North Local Government Area of Nigeria. The research aims to understand the factors influencing consumer choices and the perception of quality associated with locally made garri compared to processed alternatives.
