Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has significantly improved the efficiency of educational systems, particularly in examination and academic management processes. Traditional paper-based methods of report submission and examination management are often time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to errors such as document loss and delayed feedback. This project focuses on the design and implementation of a web-based system that enables students to submit their practical reports electronically while allowing lecturers to view and manage the submissions efficiently. The system was developed using web technologies such as PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS within the XAMPP server environment. The platform provides features including user registration, secure login authentication, course selection, and report upload functionality. System testing confirmed that the platform performs reliably in managing report submissions and user access. The implementation of this system improves academic workflow, enhances accessibility, and reduces the administrative burden associated with manual report submission processes.
