This research work will be on the role of procurement practice in improving company performance in BAGCO Super Sacks, Kano. It aims to determine the level of performance and challenges in the BAGCO Super Sacks. The study employs the techniques of questionnaire to collect data from members of Dala food plc for analysis aimed at testing the hypothesis. One of the major problems faced in the course of this research work is that of finance. There were no enough funds to cover more than one organization. One of the major recommendations is that Procurement practice should be embrace by all manufacturing firms in order to reduce production cost and improve profitability.
