Abstract

This project is based on the mathematical foundation of Hankel transform, its properties, and its applications in simplifying and solving PDEs commonly encountered in physics and engineering, such as the heat equation, wave equation and Laplace equation. Hankel transform offers a systematic approach to tackling complex problems with circular symmetry. through illustrative examples, this study demonstrates the practical utility of the Hankel transform and highlights its advantages over conventional solution methods. The work also emphasizes the equations under which the transform is applicable.
