Abstract

This study examines the roles of leadership and motivation as critical components for organizational growth. Its primary aim is to evaluate how different leadership styles impact organizational development and to identify strategies that can enhance employee motivation. Utilizing a descriptive research design, the study focused on a sample of 154 employees from Coca-Cola Plc, drawn from a population of 250 through stratified sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using regression statistics. The findings indicate a significant relationship between effective leadership styles and the level of organizational growth. Specifically, the research highlights the importance of strong, visionary, and empowering leadership in achieving organizational success. It also reveals that the alignment of leadership styles with employee motivation significantly contributes to overall growth, allowing for the rejection of the null hypothesis in favor of the alternative. The conclusion emphasizes that organizations which prioritize the development of robust leadership frameworks are better positioned to cultivate a positive work culture, align individual and organizational goals, and drive productivity and innovation. The study recommends that organizations implement comprehensive leadership training programs to equip both current and aspiring leaders with the necessary skills and tools to inspire their teams and foster exceptional performance.
