This study examines the influence of the adoption of financial technology (fintech) innovation on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Ekiti State, Nigeria. Fintech innovations such as mobile banking, online payment systems, digital lending platforms, and electronic banking have transformed business operations by improving access to financial services, reducing transaction costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.
