Abstract
ABSTRACT
The research work focuses on the influence of the availability and usability of new office technologies on office managers’ productivity. Three research questions and two hypotheses were formulated; survey descriptive research design was used. The researcher adopted systematic sampling techniques to select the sample size of the study. The techniques used for data collection were questionnaires. The study recommends that Institution of higher learning should introduce new technologies to their offices to have a better dynamic learning environment. Office managers should be trained on how to use these new office technologies in order to cope with the new trend of office technology and Internet facilities should be made available at all times in offices for office managers to be able to communicate on the go.
