DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF VOICE CONTROLLED HOME AUTOMATION USING BLUETOOTH MODULE
Abstract
This project presents the design and construction of a voice-controlled home automation system using a Bluetooth module. The main objective is to provide a simple and cost-effective solution for controlling household appliances through voice commands. The system is implemented without the use of a microcontroller, thereby reducing complexity and overall cost. A smartphone application transmits commands via Bluetooth, which are received and decoded to operate electrical loads such as lights, fans, and other appliances through relay switching. The results show that the system provides reliable and accurate control with minimal delay, making it suitable for domestic applications and demonstrating the potential of wireless automation for smart homes.
