Abstract

his study focuses on the design and simulation of a solar electric motorcycle charging system aimed at promoting sustainable and eco-friendly transportation. The system utilizes solar photovoltaic panels to generate electrical energy for charging electric motorcycle batteries through a controlled charging unit. The research examines the major components of the system, including the solar panel, charge controller, battery storage, and inverter. Simulation tools were used to evaluate the system’s performance under varying environmental and load conditions. Results from the simulation show that the proposed system can effectively provide reliable and clean energy for electric motorcycle charging while reducing dependence on fossil fuels and grid electricity. The study concludes that solar-powered charging systems offer a cost-effective and environmentally sustainable solution for the growing adoption of electric motorcycles.
