Based on these findings, the study concludes that while the TSA policy is a step in the right direction for efficient financial management, its success depends on continuous public enlightenment about its importance and the strengthening of institutional capacities within the Federal Ministry of Finance and the CBN to effectively enforce and manage the policy’s implementation.
