The findings revealed that staff discipline significantly contributes to institutional survival through improved productivity, enhanced academic performance, and better organizational reputation. It was also found that indiscipline such as absenteeism, corruption, and negligence negatively affects institutional growth. The study concluded that effective disciplinary measures are essential for the sustainability of tertiary institutions. Recommendations were made for stricter enforcement of rules, staff motivation, and regular monitoring systems.
