DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILE BASED INTERVIEW APP
Abstract
The increasing reliance on mobile technology has transformed recruitment processes, prompting the development of innovative solutions like mobile-based interview applications. This study focuses on designing and developing a mobile-based interview app to address challenges associated with traditional recruitment methods, such as geographical constraints, scheduling conflicts and inefficiencies. The app integrates video conferencing, automated evaluation tools and secure data management to provide a seamless and accessible platform for remote interviews. Developed using React Native, Node.js and Agora, the application offers cross-platform compatibility, scalability and user-friendly features tailored to the needs of both candidates and recruiters. Extensive testing confirmed the app’s efficiency, reliability and usability, demonstrating its potential to enhance recruitment practices by reducing costs, increasing accessibility, and improving candidate experience. This study underscores the transformative role of mobile technology in modernizing recruitment, paving the way for further innovation in the field.
