One of the most significant development in the field of organization in recent times it the increasing importance given to recruitment process. More and more attention is being paid to proper recruitment process in order to acquire the best personnel into the organization. The main purpose of this project was to evaluate the impact of recruitment process on organization productivity, choosing Fidson Healthcare Plc as organisation under study.
